By placing your order, you agree to the delivery and/or payment terms.

Payment Terms
Items will be delivered after payment has been received. This can be done via bank transfer, iDEAL, PayPal, or by the distributors (TNT, DPD, DHL, PostNL, or other).
Delivery Terms:
We recommend checking the contents of the package immediately upon receipt.
Breakage, damage, or incomplete items of any kind must be reported WITHIN 24 hours of receipt by email (with photo) and/or by phone. Reports after 24 hours will not be processed.
Products purchased on account remain the property of Light Collection until payment has been received.
General
By placing your order, you agree to the delivery, warranty, and payment terms of Light Collection.
The Light Collection webshop reserves the right to change the delivery, warranty, and payment terms. The terms and conditions stated on the invoice date apply to a purchase agreement.
Guaranteed Price
Light Collection webshop guarantees that the price stated for the item on the date of purchase will not be increased. We cannot accept any liability for the consequences of incorrect pricing caused by the server or by hackers, viruses, etc.
Delivery Costs
Items will be delivered to your home for orders over €75. This applies exclusively to the Netherlands. Standard shipping costs apply to other countries. For orders under €75, shipping costs of €6.95 apply. This also applies to the Netherlands. The price stated on the invoice includes 21% VAT and any shipping costs. You can also collect your order in-store.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order without Light Collection being at fault, you will be responsible for the costs incurred for processing your order and online.
If you paid with iDeal, the costs are €1.10 + 25% administration costs. These costs will be deducted from the purchase amount that will be refunded to your account.
Cancellation by Light Collection online for non-received payments.
If you have chosen to pay by iDEAL/bank transfer, the items will be reserved for you or ordered if they are not in stock. Immediately after receipt of your payment, the items will be shipped to you within the approximate delivery times indicated on the website. If payment is not received within 5 days of receiving the order, the order will be canceled.
Delivery Notification.
Since not all lamps are immediately available from stock, you will always be notified of the possible delivery date. Light Collection online strives to deliver your order within 2 weeks, or you can pick it up yourself at our store in Wijchen. Stock products can be delivered within a few business days. Orders are generally shipped when the order is complete (unless otherwise a subsequent delivery will be sent). If a product is no longer available, the purchase agreement is void. All stated delivery times are only an indication and therefore cannot give rise to any rights or liability.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging (the original box must not be written on) with a copy of the invoice. Please note: Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. A refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping or order costs, will be made within a maximum of 5 days if the item is received by Light Collection online in its undamaged and ORIGINAL packaging. (If an item shows signs of wear, has been assembled or shortened, it can no longer be returned.) For defective items, see the warranty conditions. The purchase price will only be credited if the above conditions are met and the goods are received undamaged by Light Collection online. If you have an account with us, you can log in to request a return.
Warranty Conditions
You receive a 12-month warranty on your purchase. Included light sources are excluded from the warranty.
Light Collection online guarantees that every item it supplies meets normal requirements of soundness and usability and complies with existing government regulations. If, during normal, intended use, defects occur in or on the item, Light Collection on-line will repair them free of charge. (You can email us for this, so we can email you a return sticker.)
If the complaint is justified, shipping costs will be covered by Light Collection on-line within the warranty period. Light Collection on-line will determine whether the warranty applies.
